Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (initiated through purchasing)
- Purchase orders and subsequent Receivers are delivered for matching and filing.
- When invoices are received, Accounting Clerk will match the invoice to the purchase order and receiver.
- Resolves any discrepancies in the documents.
- Will enter the invoice quantity data to JobBoss and, after the invoice is interfaced to QuickBooks, they will then enter invoice number, due date, etc. in QuickBooks.
- Accounts Payable (outsourcing, including FedEx and UPS charges). In JobBoss, add $ charges to purchase orders, enter quantity receipts to purchase orders, and enter in QuickBooks for payment.
- Accounts Payable (General expenses, non-operating). For bank loans, office supplies, utilities, etc., responsible for obtaining proper approvals and then enter invoices to QuickBooks for payment.
- Job Log Maintenance. Add pertinent information from new jobs to the Job Log and create folders for the paperwork for each new job.
- Support the EMS Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
- Perform Other Duties as assigned.
- A minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Work.
- Experienced in QuickBooks.
- General understanding of proper documentation/quality requirements for a regulated environment.
- Good math skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Ability to think critically and have a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language
- Should be able to lift or maneuver up to 20 pounds without assistance.
