2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11PM
3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11PM - 7AM
Includes 30-minute paid lunch and two 10-minute paid breaks

Purpose
As the Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembly of products or components and inspection for defects. The Assembly Technician role is essential in supporting the assembly and packaging of products, impacting Pulmodyne and the clients we support. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the individuals that have played a part in building the business while helping thousands of people worldwide. Responsibilities include:
Reviews work order for product or component to be assembled
Sets up work area for assembly of product or component according to procedure
Fits and assembles parts together using adhesives and hand tools, or heats, bonds and welds part together using automatic equipment
Visually inspects product for defects, verifies conformance to test specifications if indicated and rejects defective product or component
Packages final product including instructional information specified and labels specified
Completes all necessary documentation regarding work order
Clears work area of all remaining components according to procedure
Responsible for keeping work area neat and orderly
Participate in all employee training meetings
Participate in maintaining personal training records
What We’re Looking for
- 0- 3 years related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- On the job training provided
Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Temperature controlled facility with office and light manufacturing environment; non-smoking; safety hazards minimal with daily use of some chemicals; company provided smock and hairnet mandatory in all controlled production areas.
