Pay Range: $20-$22/hour depending on experience

Day shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3 pm

Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Promotional Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our promotional activities by managing sample inventory, coordinating tradeshow logistics, and ensuring our promotional materials are readily available. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Sample Management:

• Pull, pack, and ship samples requested from the sales team
• Maintain an organized sample area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.

Tradeshow Logistics:

• Pull, pack, and ship outgoing tradeshow equipment and materials.
• Process incoming tradeshow equipment, ensuring it is accounted for and in good condition.
• Keep tradeshow equipment organized and ready for upcoming events.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor sample inventory and place orders as needed
• Update tradeshow inventory spreadsheet as equipment comes and goes

What We’re Looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or promotional support role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Temperature controlled facility with office and light manufacturing environment; non-smoking; safety hazards minimal with daily use of some chemicals; company provided smock and hairnet mandatory in all controlled production areas.
