We are in search of a Cold Header Operator to join our team.
Cold Header Operator responsibilities
- Adjust machine components to regulate speed, pressure, temperature, dimension and flow of material.
- Examine, measure, and weigh materials or products to verify conformance to standards, using measuring devices such as Calipers, Micrometers, Length Gauge.
- Monitor machine operations.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.
- Responsible for adhering to EPS quality standards.
Skills and specifications
· Ability to be highly innovative, creative, proactive and self-driven.
· Ability to work in a faced paced atmosphere.
· Display a high level of attention to detail.
· Strong listening and communication skills.
· Ability to use basic measurement tools. (Micrometer, calipers, etc.)
· Technical skills.
· Experience with National, Nakashimada, Carlo Salvi and HyoDong cold header machines preferred.
· Ability to work well as a team member.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
