Job Description:
- Hire and maintain qualified employees to support the operations of the company
- Maintain the highest quality work to ensure customer satisfaction continuously
- Maintain all employee files and all employee paperwork
- Conduct employee orientation and schedule required training
- Maintain employee attendance files
- Monitor employee probationary periods
- Coordinate employee benefits with employees and insurance companies
- Document and maintain job descriptions
- Stay current on applicable laws that govern employees
- Act as the Safety manager, ensuring plant and employee safety
- Maintain work injury files
- Conduct investigations into accidents and advise on how to prevent reoccurrence
- Attend all unemployment hearings on behalf of the company
Job Duties:
- Advise supervisors and managers on proper employee discipline and relations
- Receive corporate management approval before communication and implementation of new company policies
- Maintain good working relationships with management and employees acting as a liaison for both
- Complete biweekly employee payroll – ensure vacation, personal, and overtime hours are recorded accurately.
- Implement company policies, such as computer, e-mail, and Internet usage and employee conduct and work rules
- Maintain and file all OSHA-compliant paperwork
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
2-4 year Human Resource Experaince
3-5 years of Administrative Experience
EOE compensation is based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
