Responsibilities
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for HVAC Equipment on construction projects.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for takeoff purposes.
- Utilize SalesForce software to create detailed estimates and manage project data effectively.
- Collaborate with outside sales team and our customers to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
- Prepare quotations for customers, including breakdowns of costs for equipment and labor.
