Our clients are Multinational OEM's with significant seal spend within Oil and Gas, Mining, Fuel, Aerospace, EV/Semiconductor, Agriculture, Construction, and Food and Beverage markets. This particular role will have the opportunity to get in on the ground up in a new facility located in Tulsa and would need to have a higher degree of self-motivation and accountability and lead by example as the location grows over time.

- Profit margin analysis to ensure we are meeting financial goals

- Assist with order fulfillment and other duties when needed to ensure customer shipments arrive on time

- On Time Delivery of your Customer Accounts: > 95%
- Customer Net Promoter Score: >50
- Order Entry/Contact Review Accuracy: >99.7%
- On Time Delivery Late Line Coding: 100%
Expectations on Qualifications include:
- Minimum of High School Diploma, higher education preferred
- 2 Years of Customer Facing Experience*
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
