Our clients are Multinational OEM's with significant seal spend within Oil and Gas, Mining, Fuel, Aerospace, EV/Semiconductor, Agriculture, Construction, and Food and Beverage markets.

This particular role is responsible for ensuring that our valued customers' orders are processed to meet each customer's individual expectations. From pulling parts, to filling orders, to packaging and shipping. All of our Warehouse Associates are instrumental in keeping our customers demand fulfilled and are the last line of defense in preventing potential CAPA's (process or product nonconformance) from leaving the building. Computer skills, a high attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment while working independently and within an efficient team are needed.

- Warehouse Adj. OTD of = 99%
- CAPA: 20% reduction from previous year
- Maintain or reduce avg time per minute order fulfillment (16.00)
- Maintain lean principles that lead to continued productivity increases
- High School Degree
- 2 Years Experience
- Knowledge of RF Scanners
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate scales to accurate weight counts
- Ability to Speak and Read English
- Gives clear directions
- Makes sure you have the necessary tools
- Acts with the greater good in mind
- Delegates appropriately
- Takes time to truly understand your role and how you can help the company
