What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Construction Laborer/Waterproofing position at Engineered Solutions of Georgia?

Main Responsibilities: Laborer with crews helping with foundation repair and waterproofing on residential homes: Taking apart or constructing scaffolding, bracing and other temporary structures; Digging trenches and backfill holes, and operating equipment and heavy machinery are just a few of the main responsibilities
Benefits:
- Starting pay $15-$16 per hour with the ability to be promoted within the company - potential first year between $60k-$90k (starting pay could be hire with experience)

Requirements:
- 1 or more years of experience in a construction position required (concrete experience a PLUS!)
- Must be able to pass a DRUG TEST!
- Adept at using a miter saw, drills, concrete mixer, band saw
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs. and perform labor under adverse conditions
- Some equipment operation experience is a big PLUS
- Clean driving record and a reliable vehicle to get to office
- Must pass E-Verify/background check
- Must be prompt and committed to doing great work

- Utilize common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools (hammer, shovel, measuring tape…etc.)
