As a Senior Analog Design Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing high-reliability analog and mixed-signal circuits for aerospace systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog/mixed-signal circuits (power supplies, amplifiers, sensor interfaces, etc.).
- Perform simulations, worst-case analyses, and component selection for extreme environments.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring compliance with DO-254, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-883.
- Guide junior engineers and contribute to failure analysis and root cause investigations.
- Document designs, analyses, and test results for internal and regulatory reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7–10 years of analog/mixed-signal circuit design, preferably in aerospace/defense.
- Expertise in low-noise amplifiers, power management, and high-reliability design.
- Proficiency in SPICE-based simulation tools and PCB layout best practices.
- Strong knowledge of reliability analysis (FMEA, WCA, MTBF) and aerospace standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
