Position Summary:
Provide strategic leadership for the division’s Supply Chain Management, optimizing material flow, inventory control, procurement, and supplier quality. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business objectives, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and 100% on-time delivery. Oversee purchasing, supplier management, and materials planning while driving automation, process improvements, and lean principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement and materials management, including supplier evaluation, compliance, and cost reduction.
- Oversee production planning and MRP database accuracy to support sales and delivery goals.
- Develop and implement automated systems for material flow and inventory control.
- Ensure alignment with corporate purchasing initiatives and policies.
- Manage department budgets and drive cost-saving programs.
- Support internal/external audits and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and mentor supply chain team members while fostering innovation and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 8 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience.
- Leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including project planning and team development.
- Strong knowledge of production technology, regulatory requirements, and supply chain best practices.
- APICS certification or equivalent preferred.
Salary : $145,000 - $155,000
