A Michigan based company with a facility in the Columbus, OH area is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager for new hire opportunities with their growing team. Construction Project Manager rates are anticipated to be $120,000 to $140,000 base salary bonus based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401k, annual bonus, and more.
Qualified Construction Project Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- 4 years of recent and relevant experience with Sheet Metal, Process Piping and Capital Equipment Project Engineering, or Project Management
- Solid engineering skills including performing key Project Management tasks:
- Lead coordination meetings from preconstruction to project close-out.
- Manage procurement, bidding, and scope development.
- Develop project schedules, handle mobilization, and manage permits.
- Monitor budgets, conduct cash flow analysis, and track costs.
- Oversee jobsite staff and ensure schedule compliance.
- Build strong client relationships and team collaboration.
- Handle financial aspects of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
- Must be able to travel up to 25% for customer install projects and site visits
- BS in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred. Will consider similar degrees.
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
