A local company with a facility in West Bloomfield, Michigan is currently seeking several Full-Time, Property Accountants to join their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Property Accountants looking for a company that offers growth and an excellent work-home life balance.
Property Accountants rates are anticipated to start between $75,000k to - $85,000k a year based on each candidates experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.
Qualified Property Accountants will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related degree is preferred.
- 3 years of recent/relevant experience creating and reviewing financial reports, aiding in month-quarter-and year-end closings, prepping journal entries, and reconciling bank accounts.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP concepts.
- Experience working with multiple clients, varying in size is a must.
- Experience preparing balance sheets and income statements.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and accounting software/databases is needed.
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
