A well established company based in Novi, Michigan, is currently seeking several Construction Project Managers for Direct-Hire opportunities with their team. Construction Project Manager rates are anticipated to start approximately between $110,000 and $150,000 per year plus bonuses, based on each candidates experience and education; we are willing to pay more for the right skills and experience. Qualified Construction Project Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
* 5 years of Project Management experience with Large Scale, Heavy Industrial, Municipal, or Commercial Construction Projects. Typical projects range from $1 to $100 Million.  Water or Water Infrastructure or WWT Projects Preferred.
* Exceptional communication skills, must work with Customers and diverse cross-functional teams.
* Efficiently manage entire project including overseeing design, deliverables, construction, schedule, budget, milestones, and go from project launch to customer signoff.
* BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Equivalent relevant experience will be strongly considered.
* Able to travel 20% (typically local travel- some travel to additional facilities and vendors could be necessary - predominantly within the US).
* Must be able to work in the US, and complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
