Position Overview :

The Support Engineer is an entry-level role tailored for professionals with less than three years of experience. At EEI , we provide a unique opportunity to :

What You'll Do :

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities, including commissioning and training meetings.

Review design documents, submittals, and reports for accuracy and completeness.

Participate in site visits to assess system functionality, energy efficiency, and system performance.

Conduct engineering research, data analysis, calculations, and cost estimation.

Develop design criteria, checklists, and test procedures.

Troubleshoot systems, analyze problems, and support solution development.

Collaborate with project teams to meet client goals and deliver results.

Organize project documentation and communicate findings effectively.

What You Bring to the Team :

Required :

Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience (recent graduate's welcome!).

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired (but not required) :

Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.

Familiarity with technical certifications such as LEED AP (USGBC), AABC, NEBB, TABB, or BCxA.
