Job Summary:
- Analyze and diagnose issues with commercial HVAC equipment
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure complete satisfaction
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment as needed
- Deliver and remove parts and equipment as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential issues
- Complete routine maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
- Record all required information using a hand-held device and complete forms accurately
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with additional training and 2-5 years' experience in HVAC
- Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local laws
- EPA and safety certifications
- Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
