Engineering & Inspection Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in our Metairie, LA office. The Contract Administrator will ensure that contracts are structured, managed, and executed to maximize the organizations financial performance. This role involves a strategic approach to contract management, with an emphasis on evaluating and adjusting billing rates, aligning pricing strategies with market conditions, and ensuring that contractual terms support profitability targets. The Contract Administrator collaborates closely with finance, operations, and legal teams to analyze costs, monitor revenue streams, and proactively address factors affecting profitability, such as inflation, overhead increases, and operational inefficiencies.

Key Focus Areas :
- Profitability Optimization : Ensure contracts meet or exceed profit margin expectations by analyzing financial performance and making adjustments to rates, terms, or execution strategies.
- Billing Rate Management : Monitor and adjust client billing rates to reflect market conditions, inflation, and cost increases, while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Strategic Pricing : Develop pricing models that align with organizational profitability goals and provide value to clients.
- Financial Analysis : Evaluate costs, margins, and financial performance for each contract, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Contract Negotiation and Amendments : Negotiate and implement terms that protect the organizations financial interests, including escalation clauses and cost-sharing agreements.
