We are seeking a highly professional and energetic industrial automation sales professional with a passion for interacting with engineers, purchasing, and manufacturing to promote our capabilities to build control panels. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that expands our market and focuses on control panel build services.
This is a Wisconsin-based position (hybrid), with a national territory. It is base salary plus commissions-based position with extensive travel.
Your day-to-day job duties will include :
- Prospect and develop relationships with new customers using a consultative sales approach.
- Develop and implement a sales and business development plan to build a customer base.
- Define, initiate, and execute account strategies.
- Promote ongoing engagement / communication with customers to promote company's capabilities.
- Lead complex negotiations.
- Attend trade shows to promote business.
