Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee our AFSOC AIS program upon award. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for social work, with a proven track record in aircrew training. This role requires an individual who can effectively supervise staff, and manage this complex program which encompasses CONUS and OCONUS site locations
Responsibilities
- Program Manager will work in either Escambia County, Santa Rosa County, Okaloosa County or Walton County.
- Develop and implement program strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment, training, and supervision to ensure effective program results.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to program activities and participant engagement.
- Collaborate with Site Managers and government personnel to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Foster relationships with community partners to enhance program reach and impact.
Experience
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated Strong Business Acumen
- Management experience with program size >$40M
- Understanding of ESP Program Management and Performance policies and procedures.
- Ability to Travel as Needed.
- Must have current Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Current knowledge of the AFSOC program a Plus
