Project Engineer: Develop new or improve existing complex nonlinear and linear Mathematical Finite Element (FE) vehicle models for automotive components or sub-systems using various CAE software and simulation tools such as LS-DYNA, Hypermesh, LS-Pre Post, Hyper Works. Conduct CAE Crash analysis on Head Impact FMVSS 201 and Knee Impact FMVSS 208 to evaluate and predict the sub-system component behaviors in physical test and resolve design problem to meet government and corporate structural performance requirements. Conduct CAE analysis on Advanced lightweight application project to design subsystem to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS).
