We are looking for a high performing individual to join the Business Partners team. The Business Partners Team within Aladdin Data is the primary interface between the Blackrock businesses and our broader Aladdin Data organization.
Responsibilities :
- Own and manage senior level strategic relationships for your client segments.
- Act as the 'front door' for strategic client asks and work to understand business requirements. Represent the voice of the client.
- Manage and track inventory of project commitments, providing regular feedback to our stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Oversee metrics representing the client experience, drive service improvements and ensure projects are executed, managing client expectations throughout.
- Serve as point of escalation where required for significant issues / events.
- Partner with our Product, Program Management and Engineering teams in supporting the growth of our product and platform.
- Flag major business change that will have (or could have) a significant impact on Aladdin Data.
Knowledge / Experience :
For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$132,000.00 - USD$180,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
