Head of Sales and Key Accounts - Customized Auditing Solutions

Join our dynamic organization as the Director of Sales and Key Accounts for Customized Auditing Solutions, where you will lead the charge in expanding BSI's tailored auditing solutions across the Americas. As an experienced and results-driven leader, you will play a critical role in refining sales strategies, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue growth through customized audits. This strategic leadership position offers the unique opportunity to influence innovative sales strategies, contribute directly to BSI's market leadership, and lead a high-performing sales team to new heights, all while supporting a global vision of excellence.
In your day to day, you will be responsible for :
- Strategic Leadership : Shape and implement regional sales strategies for Auditing Solutions, aligning with BSI's global objectives and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Team Development : Lead and mentor a regional sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and resources to ensure the team's success.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Engage with senior decision-makers to secure new business and expand existing accounts, focusing on delivering value-driven solutions such as customized audits.
- Collaboration & Marketing : Work closely with marketing and global teams to develop campaigns and materials that support sales efforts and enhance brand recognition.
- Operational Excellence : Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to optimize strategies and resources. Streamline sales processes and leverage digital tools (e.g., Salesforce) to improve decision-making and client management.
- Sales Performance : Set clear performance metrics and ensure accountability for achieving sales targets. Drive operational efficiency, performance, and team productivity.
- Travel Requirements : Up to 50% travel as required to engage with clients, attend events, and support regional sales activities.

The salary for this position can range from $121,500.00 - $162,000.00 USD annually, plus annual bonus; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
