You will need to login before you can apply for a job.About this roleThe Workday Functional Architect for Recruitment oversees and drives the end-to-end delivery and adoption of HR technology solutions for the Recruiting function at BlackRock.This Senior Architect position will play a key role in supporting and guiding the transformation and simplification of technology solutions for Recruiting including Workday as the main platform as well as other vendors supporting interview scheduling, CRM, external applicant website, background screening among others. Orchestrating multi-platform implementation plans leading to an improved candidate experience and operational efficiency will be part of this role's responsibilities.Primary Responsibilities : Manage Recruiting Tech Project Prioritization and Technology Investment GovernanceVendor Management responsibilities for several Recruiting vendorsPartner with stakeholders to develop solutions based on business needs and support the execution of change managementTranslate desired business outcomes into functional design solutionsResearch, prototype and test new and / or enhanced Workday functionalityPerform Workday configuration for change requestsLead and coordinate all testing activities, in partnership with stakeholdersExecute Core Operational activities including day-to-day platform administrative tasks, providing transactional support, and perform data validation and batch processingPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Strong intellectual curiosity and enjoys problem solvingStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong ability to translate complex technical details into user-friendly, consumable conceptsThrives in fast paced and collaborative environmentAbility to manage complex work within tight deadlinesStrong analytical skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to manipulate and validate large batches of data in MS ExcelGood understanding of HR services and processesExperience supporting and / or maintaining one or more HR systems preferably Workday for RecruitingExperience working with geographically distributed teams (eg. working with global teams)Experience in a professional services environment, financial services or consulting experience a plusQualifications : Bachelor degree or equivalent experience5 to 7 years of professional experience, preferably in Human Resources and or TechnologyMinimum 4 years experience configuring and testing Workday Recruiting solutionsExperience leading large system implementationsWorkday Certifications would be a plusFor Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$110,000.00 - USD$155,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
