Job Description :
- Qualify and understand customer needs for each situation to recommend appropriate goods and services.
- Develop a rapport with customers
- Accurately record / report customer sales orders & other information as needed.
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
- Ensure all client service issues are resolved promptly.
Shift :
Monday - Friday (8am - 4 : 30pm)
