Enhancement Specialist
We are seeking a motivated, energetic and results oriented person to join our growing team!
This position is responsible for the installation of flowering plants, flowers, and holiday décor. Includes assistance in design, color coordination, watering care, planting of flowers. This will also include working with seasonal team members during installations. Includes working with maintenance teams to provide routine maintenance support as needed throughout the year and performing holiday decor and winter service tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide expertise in the installation and maintenance of flowers and plants per the client specifications for the seasonal flower and décor program.
· Effectively communicate with Manager as needed regarding inventory and any issues pertaining to the flower or décor program.
· Perform duties such as bed prep, fertilizer, pesticides, watering, pruning, etc.
· Assist in flower design, offering creative ideas, suggestions and feedback.
· Assist the Seasonal Manager with client site visits throughout the season to inspect, observe and ensure quality and full potential of all flowers installed.
· Maintain flower inventory holding area during the entire spring/summer/fall season or delegate this work to be completed as needed.
· Perform removals, and seasonal changes for clients.
· Position will require participation in the snow and ice management portion and/or administrative duties as available.
· Supervise seasonal team members during flower installations and during flower season ensuring they understand the scope of the tasks.
· Assist with perennial care and holiday décor.
· Assist Maintenance department during non-peak flower season periods and as requested.
SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Must be able to adapt to different personalities and various levels of leadership.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively.
- Flower knowledge (Identifying, planting, care of)
- Good eye for color coordination and flower designing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to quality and detail.
- Experience and knowledge in the landscape industry helpful

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
