The Mosaic Intake Support Specialist provides additional intake and infusion coordination support, in coordination with the Mosaic Director of Operations, for the company, as well as needed or related direct branch support. This role serves as a resource to Mosaic Infusion Care Coordinator staff for referrals. This role is responsible for helping the Mosaic Operations Director as well as the Corporate Intake Manager standardize intake and infusion coordination functions for the company and for providing Mosaic intake and infusion coordination training support.

Responsibilities
Provides onsite and web-based training to Intake personnel at Mosaic locations.
Assists in the development and implements Mosaic processes to standardize Intake and infusion coordination functions.
Serves as a Mosaic intake resource for information and direction related to all Mosaic intake functions.
May be asked to provide direct Intake support to Mosaic locations during staffing challenges or periods of unusual activity.
Assists in the development and improvement of Policies and Procedures for the Mosaic Infusion Care Coordinator position to ensure coordination with the standard operating procedures for Operations and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Assists with testing and training for updates to CPR and Alayacare related to Infusion Care Coordinator functions.
Assists in the development of training materials and webinars for new employees and software updates and works with RCM to identify areas for additional training.
Understands, adheres to and trains compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and company policies.
Communicates consistently and professionally with other Amerita employees, departments and management teams as needed.
Completes special projects, as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of training experience in a related field or minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Mosaic Infusion Care Coordinator or Amerita Intake position required
Experience in a training, Learning & Development or leadership role preferred
Working knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid
Home infusion experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of automated billing systems; experience with CPR preferred
Working knowledge and application of metric measurements, basic accounting practices, ICD10, CPT and HCPCS coding
