The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a first line manager in assuming responsibility for the clinical manager of assigned staff on a designated shift. As such, he / she has shift responsibility and accountability for patient care activities and supports and extends the administrative leadership provided by the Nurse Manager. She / he regularly uses her / his independent judgment in connecting with her / his managerial responsibilities.

Job Essentials :
A minimum of 3 years of Endoscopy experience required. Management experience preferred.
Education Requirements :
BSN required; Master's preferred
License / Certification / Registry :
Current NJ RN License, BLS and ACLS required. CGRN certificaiton preferred.
