Job Summary :
The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a first line manager in assuming responsibility for the clinical manager of assigned staff on a designated shift. As such, he / she has shift responsibility and accountability for patient care activities and supports and extends the administrative leadership provided by the Nurse Manager. She / he regularly uses her / his independent judgment in connecting with her / his managerial responsibilities.

Job Essentials : 3 years of MCH experience required.
Education Requirements : BSN required, Masters degree and Certification in Specialty preferred.
License / Certification / Registry : NJRN, BLS, ACLS, NRP required.
