Job Summary :
The IT Manager of Infrastructure Operations is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure. This position manages a team of technical professionals, oversees the implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems, and ensures alignment of infrastructure strategies with organizational objectives. The Manager is also tasked with establishing IT standards, policies, and documentation to support scalable, secure, and efficient operations.

Job Essentials :
- 7 years of experience managing Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
- 5 years of experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
- 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Group Policy.
- 2 years of experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong proficiency with advanced troubleshooting tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements : Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree
