Job Summary :

The Manager, Special Events and Community Giving is responsible for all Foundation events including planning, execution, and follow-up. Reporting to the Director of Development, this ideal candidate collaborates with colleagues as well as administrative and volunteer leadership to ensure that events are aligned with the goals and mission of the Foundation. They will also manage all aspects of fundraising programs associated with donors in the under $1000 range.

Status : Full-Time

Hours : 9-5pm

Job Essentials : The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Five years(5) progressively responsible experience as a development professional with demonstrated project and event management skills.
  • Strong, demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and Raiser's Edge experience
  • Fiscal responsibility
  • Exemplifies Service Excellence

Education Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
