Job Summary:
The IT Support Analyst provides support to end users at Englewood Hospital and other remote locations that are part of Englewood Health. In this role, the IT Support Analyst coordinates with teams to implement plans and necessary updates to ensure reliable day-to-day operations of key systems.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Experience with desktop applications, including Windows, MS Office and SharePoint O365.
- Experience with desktop imaging solutions
- Experience with system implementation and support
- Experience working with anti-virus programs, memory management and other diagnostic utilities.
- Hands on experience with application deployment.
- Hands-on experience working with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, signature pads, mobile devices, faxes, DVD-ROM and other IT hardware.
- Experience working with Wyse clients, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop applications.
- Experience with LAN and WAN basic troubleshooting and support.
- Stay current on technology topics and pursue opportunities to expand knowledge.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and problem solver.
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts, learn new technology thoroughly and successfully apply it.
- Must be able to work beyond normal business hours.
- Participate in On-Call rotations including some weekends and holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree for formal course work and work experience equivalent to a two-year degree preferred.
