Job Summary
Coordinates care management of cancer patients across the continuum of care and provides support to for patients, families and caregivers. The Oncology Patient Navigator provides education and resources to facilitate informed decision making and timely access to quality health and psychosocial care throughout every stage of the cancer continuum, from screening, diagnosis, treatment and survivorship. The Oncology Patient Navigator practices in the following four functional areas: professional role, education, coordination of care and communication.

- Hours:** 8-4pm (variable start)
- Registered Nurse with Current New Jersey License, in good standing.
- BSN Required.
- Oncology Nurse Certification through the Oncology Nursing Society preferred
- ACS LION certification preferred (ability to enroll within 6 months of starting the role)
