Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global OTC Program Coordinator to join our team at Englewood Lab, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between the three OTC Factories (Sites) and ensuring the timely and accurate exchange of Quality and Regulatory information, data, results, and reports. This role requires a strong understanding of Quality/GMP documents, samples management, and communications as it relates to quality responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between OTC Factories (Sites) to support smooth sharing of Quality and Regulatory information.
- Review and forward quality documents, samples, and test reports.
- Participate in site calls, meetings, and conference calls as the Quality liaison.
- Assist R&D, Customer Service, and Process Engrg teams to expedite cross-Factory OTC requests.
- Maintain tracker of open quality issues related to cross-factory activities.
