SERVICE DISPATCHER NEEDED
A 55 year Englewood based security Service Company is seeking an energetic people friendly person for service call scheduling and daily schedule management of field service personnel. Experience in same or similar office related work preferred. Resume with verifiable references and job application required.

Individual must have EXCELLENT phone handling skills. quick computer systems use capabilities including good keyboard skills, excellent people skills, enjoys high level of customer and employee interaction, good problem solving skills, works well under stress, and utilizes excellent organizational skills under a high multi tasking job. Must have own reliable transportation. Stable local residence. Testing on basic computer skills, written skills, and phone handling will be required.
The Job Summary:
Daily intake and computer input of customer service calls from phone, web, and email into dispatch system.
Strong knowledge of the general Denver Metro Area preferred
Daily interaction with Field service personnel in assigning and scheduling service calls to technicians
After-service telemarketing calling to ensure quality of service provided
Ensure technician schedules are managed and met.
Ensure customer communication is maintained at a high level at all times.
High proficiency in computer related skills. Including basic database functions, MICROSOFT OFFICE Suite of products such as – EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK and dispatch related software.
Some data entry and records management will be required
Background check required.

Pay based on experience, overall skills and attitude presented – expected min start 42k -
