POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is designed to promote the opportunities that exist at Colorado’s Finest High School of Choice for 9-12th graders in the Denver Metro Area. Additionally, as an Enrollment Specialist, you play a critical role in facilitating the enrollment process for interested students and families. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service. Data Management and Analysis will also be an important part of your role. Your attention to detail, communication skills, technology and social media skills, and ability to navigate complex processes will be essential in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess strong computer data input and computer skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) or similar programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
Oversee the enrollment process from initial inquiry to completion
Create social media posts, online resources, and other materials to communicate to external audiences the enrollment process, dates and deadlines, and announcements
Serve as the primary point of contact for enrollment inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance to prospective students and their families
Guide prospective students through enrollment requirements, forms, and procedures
Ensure all necessary enrollment documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor enrollment deadlines and ensure compliance with enrollment policies and regulations
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience
Track key enrollment metrics and reports on progress towards enrollment goals
Cultivate positive relationships with educational partners in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate events, including open houses, information sessions, and community outreach initiatives, to promote enrollment opportunities and enhance brand awareness
Collects and analyzes enrollment data to identify trends and inform recruitment efforts
Maintains accurate and up-to-date student records
Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
One year related work experience.
Bilingual (preferred).
English fluency will be determined through the interview process.

Hourly rate is between $21.72 and $24.58 per hour, depending on education and experience.

New hires or rehires will be responsible for the fingerprint processing fee required for background checks through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
