What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garment Expeditor position at English American Tailoring?
We are looking for a Garment Expeditor to facilitate the smooth completion of garments labeled “Must Ship” and ensure that they ship in a timely manner. The Expeditor is the liaison between the customer (through the customer service department) and the operator in the factory. A Garment Expeditor must be a well-organized individual able to multitask. You should possess great communication skills and ability to solve problems. The goal is to support the timely and cost-effective completion and ensure the shipment of time sensitive garments are received by our clients. Responsibilities include arranging the movement of material between locations. Maintain good relationships with co-workers and keep accurate records.
