We are seeking an Associate Pastor to join our team and help lead our congregation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving God and the community, a strong understanding of the Bible, and experience in leading worship services. The Associate Pastor will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance, leading Bible studies, organizing events, and providing pastoral care to members of the congregation. We are looking for an individual who is committed to helping our church grow and thrive. All applicants must be members of the Seventh-day Adventist church.
Responsibilities:
- Preach and teach sermons in accordance with the church’s mission and values.
- Provide pastoral care to members of the congregation.
- Organize and lead worship services, Bible studies, and other religious activities.
- Provide guidance and support to church staff and volunteers.
- Assist in the development of new ministries and programs.
- Develop relationships with community organizations to promote the church’s mission.
- Lead outreach efforts to engage new members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
