What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver weekend overnight position at English Rose?
Awake overnight Caregiver roles now available for experienced PCA, HHA or CNA. Cares, Cleaning & Cooking keep you going on this overnight shift! Wage range is $17 - $24 Our staff to resident ratio is 1 : 6 on nights in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and ensuring our homes are clean and meals ready for the next day.

Every other weekend required (Sat & Sun). Required Qualifications : At least 1 year's experience caregiving for elders / seniors Able to provide cares as needed on nights (repositioning, toileting / changing briefs, medications, etc.
Experience preforming housekeeping & basic meal prep duties Able to pass the MDH background check Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for entire shift Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and positive attitude Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required) Primary Responsibilities of our Home Health Aides (CNA / HHA / PCA) : Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
