English Rose is launching a new line of Home Management & Organizational Services to support individuals and families—especially older adults—in keeping their homes clean, comfortable, and well-organized. We’re hiring friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented people to join us in this exciting new venture!
This is not a caregiving position, but a hands-on role focused on helping customers with everyday household tasks. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys creating order, making spaces shine, and building genuine connections with others. Over time, this position may grow into a caregiving role—or remain a fulfilling stand-alone position—based on your interest.

• Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, wiping surfaces)
• Laundry support (washing, folding, changing bed linens)
• Simple meal prep and grocery shopping assistance
• Home organizing (closets, storage spaces, home offices, etc.)
• Provide a warm, friendly presence for customers who enjoy conversation and companionship
• And much more!

• You're organized, dependable, and love helping others
• You have experience (or strong comfort) with home-related tasks like cleaning, organizing, or meal prep
• You're professional, courteous, and able to represent English Rose with pride in customers’ homes and in the community
• You’re comfortable working independently—some customers may be home, others may not
• You’re kind and compassionate, and especially enjoy connecting with older adults
• You're respectful, take direction well, and can work collaboratively with customers and their families
• You are at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and can pass a background check

• Flexible part-time to full-time scheduling
