We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Caregiver to join our night shift team at English Rose. As a caregiver, you'll be responsible for providing direct care to residents with dementia and complex medical conditions, while maintaining a clean and comfortable living space.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide housekeeping and laundry services, prepare and serve meals, and distribute medication
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with seniors and individuals with dementia preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
