- Navigate and interpret multiple building automation control systems at a read-only level.
- Review and understand contract plans, specifications, and control submittals, identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance with project design.
- Utilize Procore and Cx software to document and track project progress.
- Monitor controls progress, recognize schedule slips, and work with stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure proper integration of building automation systems.
Qualifications:
- Extensive background in HVAC mechanical systems and controls.
- Experience in the construction process from design to completion.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract plans, specifications, and control submittals.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Procore and Cx software.
