We are seeking a talented Controls Engineer who is looking to work at the forefront of Commercial builds. As part of our design team, you will play a lead role in the design and implementation of large scale building controls and automation, across a range of commercial developments. No two days are the same!
What you'll be doing :
- Program and commissioning control systems (such as Honeywell, Niagara, Trane and others)
- Interpret mechanical and controls drawings, sequences and design intent
- Troubleshoot and diagnose control systems.
- Create user-friendly interfaces and provide quality as-built notes.
- Assist with project layout, engineering, and design.
- Supervise control system installations and ensure quality standards.
- Train junior engineers / technicians and customers on completed projects.
- Develop positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely project completion.
