We’re looking for a Energy Engineer to support utility energy efficiency programs and conduct energy audits and retro-commissioning studies for commercial and industrial buildings. You’ll identify energy efficiency measures, perform energy calculations, recommend automation system changes, and engage directly with clients. Projects also include demand response consulting and decarbonization advising.
This is a great opportunity for an established Energy Engineer or an Engineer with a strong background in HVAC or Controls, looking to build out their experience and work at the heart of sustainable builds.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct energy audits and retro-commissioning studies for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Identify and evaluate energy efficiency measures, including HVAC optimizations and control system improvements.
- Perform energy calculations and develop detailed project reports.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients through presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and building owners to implement energy solutions.
- Advise on electrification technologies, decarbonization strategies, and demand response initiatives.
