Job Overview:

I am partnered with an exciting Design & Manufacturing company based in the Midland Odessa area, seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations. My client work across a range of sectors, creating and manufacturing their technology all under one roof.

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement while fostering a safe and motivated work environment.

What you will do:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company goals.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance to maintain a secure work environment.
• Analyze production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure consistent product quality through adherence to standards and regular quality inspections.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and liaise with procurement to streamline supply chain operations.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, key metrics, and process improvements to senior management.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
