Senior Frontend Software Engineer

We’re looking for a seasoned Frontend Engineer to help us build highly responsive and visually powerful applications that support real-time decision-making in a fast-paced technical environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming streaming system data into intuitive, actionable insights, enabling teams to make rapid, informed choices in latency-sensitive scenarios.

You’ll join a core engineering group responsible for developing the tools and frameworks that power how users interact with critical internal systems. This includes maintaining and evolving a React-based UI platform used by teams across the company, many of whom come from backend-heavy environments. You’ll help ensure that these teams can easily interface with and visualize the performance and behavior of their services, making your work a foundational layer across the tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of a modern frontend framework, using React and TypeScript, to support advanced data visualization and workflow management.
• Design and build real-time dashboards and tools that interface with live systems, providing clear, actionable insights for technical users.
• Create modular, performant, and reusable UI components built to withstand the demands of high-throughput environments.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and domain experts to understand system behaviors and represent them visually in a user-friendly manner.
• Mentor peers and lead the evolution of frontend best practices, ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability of our interfaces.
• Help shape the future direction of our frontend architecture as we transition from legacy desktop tooling to a more centralized, web-first platform.
• Work closely with teams across time zones and functions, contributing to cross-platform initiatives and global alignment efforts.

About You:

• 5 years of professional experience building frontend applications.
• Extensive React experience, with a strong record of building complex, data-centric UIs.
• Deep understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript tooling and workflows.
• Strong design instincts with a user-first mindset, capable of simplifying complexity into clean, effective interfaces.
• Familiarity with real-time data rendering and asynchronous data flows.
• Experienced in writing reliable and well-tested code, with a commitment to quality across unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Able to engage confidently with engineering stakeholders to understand system needs and translate them into elegant frontend solutions.
• Comfortable navigating CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab-CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and familiar with containerization tools like Docker or orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Open to occasional international travel for team alignment and collaboration.
• A strong interest in system architecture, data visualization, and learning more about the mechanics behind complex infrastructure.
