Senior Process Engineer – Semiconductor Technology
I am seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join a dynamic applications team focused on the development of cutting-edge chip/wafer bonding and nano-imprint lithography technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in process development, defect characterization, metrology support, and direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize processes for proprietary chip/wafer bonding and nano-imprint lithography technologies.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments, providing detailed reports on findings.
- Operate wafer inspection systems and metrology tools; perform routine maintenance on imprint and metrology equipment.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to design and implement defect reduction strategies for customer applications.
- Coordinate and qualify CNT imprint tools for specific customer needs.
Qualifications:
- M.S. or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. A B.S. with extensive relevant experience (10 years) may also be considered.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor processing or equivalent expertise gained through education, training, and prior roles.
- A proven track record in research and development with a focus on new areas (patents, publications, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with prototype lab equipment, troubleshooting, and optimizing.
