As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Enhabit, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses (RNs) and in compliance with physicians' orders. Your role involves evaluating patients and providing nursing services in various assisted living and independent living facilities. Our facility-based LVNs appreciate :
Collaborating daily with facility wellness staff, Enhabit LVNs ensure open communication and continuity of care for residents and their families. They also consult with RNs, physicians, and office staff as needed to discuss patient care details.
