Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Anchorage, AK. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services, patient care, and home care services on a daily basis. They will work closely with patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being.
Qualifications
- Medicine and Physical Therapy skills
- Experience in rehabilitation and patient care
- Knowledge of home care practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Active state license in Physical Therapy
- CPR certification
- Previous experience in home health or hospice care is a plus
