Overview
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining company-specific products, including enhancements to the company website. This role is focused on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that directly support business needs and operational efficiency. Works on both frontend and backend projects, leveraging Azure for hosting, and will apply expert-level skills in iOS development (Swift) and web development to create robust, user-friendly applications. Additional expertise in technologies such as Python, Flutter, and React is highly valued.
Hybrid preferred but can be remote with the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Create design and technical documentation, design software solutions and systems, develop applications, perform preliminary testing, participate in the testing process, and support deployment.
- Execute end-user training and documentation.
- Understand and utilize the company resource structure.
- Develop strategies, and align work to achieve goals.
- Network with co-workers to share best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in, computer science, software engineering, or related field is required. 7 years of equivalent IT-related work experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirements.
- 7 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications is required.
- Expert-level knowledge of iOS development (Swift/Xcode) and web development is preferred
- Proven experience hosting and managing applications in Azure is preferred.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages relevant to web development is preferred.
- Familiarity with additional programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Flutter, and React is preferred
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services is preferred.
- Experience with version control systems, especially Git is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail is preferred.
- Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
- Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
- Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
