Responsibilities
The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse is a field employee who performs skilled nursing visits, coordinates client care, serves as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in providing care to patients, oversees visit frequency, consults with physicians and office staff regarding patient care, collects OASIS data accurately, ensures medication profiles are up-to-date, reports lab values timely, and attends case conferences and meetings.
